Happy New Year!

We are proud to say we are a Parkrun Practice. Parkrun is a free 5k Run which happens all over the world at 9am every Saturday.  It is for all ages and abilities and is a fantastic way to stay healthy and to meet other people locally! Our local run starts at Concord Sports centre. You may see staff from our practice running.  For more information see

Patient Group meeting

The next PPG meeting has been rescheduled to Tues 15th January 2019 at 6pm. Any new patients wanting to attend should contact Tyronn Tate (Practice manager) for more details.

Dementia Friendly Practice

We are now pleased to say we have been certified as a Dementia Friendly GP Practice. This is thanks to our Healthcare assistant, Beverly Batty's hard work. Please see the news page for more information.

Monday and Friday early morning and Saturday morning surgeries are now available to book online. These appointments should be used by patients who are unable to make it during normal working hours.

Dental Health

Did you know 31% of 5 year olds in Sheffield have 3-4 teeth affected by tooth decay?

Do you find it hard to get your children to brush their teeth?

Read our TOP TIPS to help protect your child’s teeth

  • BUY Toothpaste with 1450 ppm Fluoride eg Tesco/Morrisons own brand kids. Children often prefer LESS MINT

  • BRUSH Before Bed + once more – DON’T RINSE – it stops Fluoride working

  • TRY the BRUSH DJ APP (FREE) – aim for 2 minutes brushing

  • WEAN OFF BOTTLES AROUND AGE 1 – Bottles cause decay as drink is on teeth for longer

  • WATER at night – Less saliva made at night so sugar from MILK/Sugary drinks NOT removed as well

  • Make it FUN – let them brush your teeth, take turns, make noises
