Happy New Year!

We are proud to say we are a Parkrun Practice. Parkrun is a free 5k Run which happens all over the world at 9am every Saturday.  It is for all ages and abilities and is a fantastic way to stay healthy and to meet other people locally! Our local run starts at Concord Sports centre. You may see staff from our practice running.  For more information see http://www.parkrun.org.uk/concord/

Patient Group meeting

The next PPG meeting has been rescheduled to Tues 15th January 2019 at 6pm. Any new patients wanting to attend should contact Tyronn Tate (Practice manager) for more details.

Dementia Friendly Practice

We are now pleased to say we have been certified as a Dementia Friendly GP Practice. This is thanks to our Healthcare assistant, Beverly Batty's hard work. Please see the news page for more information.

Monday and Friday early morning and Saturday morning surgeries are now available to book online. These appointments should be used by patients who are unable to make it during normal working hours.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagWhilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:00.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
