Patient Group meeting

The next PPG meeting will be held on Tues 8th January 2019 at 6pm. Any new patients wanting to attend should contact Tyronn Tate (Practice manager) for more details.

Dementia Friendly Practice 

We are now pleased to say we have been certified as a Dementia Friendly GP Practice. This is thanks to our Healthcare assistant, Beverly Batty's hard work. Please see the news page for more information.

Monday and Friday early morning and Saturday morning surgeries are now available to book online. These appointments should be used by patients who are unable to make it during normal working hours. 

Patient Participation Grouppatient survey

The group is established for the benefit of patients to preserve and protect health through the medium of patient participation. The group acts as a communication channel between the community and the practice to help the practice implement policies that represent patients’ views.

How to Join

Membership is open to all registered patients and staff at the practice. Meetings are held in the practice meeting room at least every three months at a time agreed by the majority of members. Please contact Tyronn Tate, our practice manager or complete the online form (specifying your interest in the group which meets) to register your interest.
