Happy New Year!

We are proud to say we are a Parkrun Practice. Parkrun is a free 5k Run which happens all over the world at 9am every Saturday.  It is for all ages and abilities and is a fantastic way to stay healthy and to meet other people locally! Our local run starts at Concord Sports centre. You may see staff from our practice running.  For more information see http://www.parkrun.org.uk/concord/

Patient Group meeting

The next PPG meeting has been rescheduled to Tues 15th January 2019 at 6pm. Any new patients wanting to attend should contact Tyronn Tate (Practice manager) for more details.

Dementia Friendly Practice

We are now pleased to say we have been certified as a Dementia Friendly GP Practice. This is thanks to our Healthcare assistant, Beverly Batty's hard work. Please see the news page for more information.

Monday and Friday early morning and Saturday morning surgeries are now available to book online. These appointments should be used by patients who are unable to make it during normal working hours.

Test Results

tests_and_results.jpgWhen you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and call the surgery once sufficient time has elapsed.

Test results requiring action will be notified to patients after 48 working hours of the test. Contact will be made directly with the patient unless otherwise agreed. Where telephone contact is not possible, patients will be notified by letter.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
